Hi. I'm Carol Anne Warren. Come in. Feel free.  Here you can learn anything that you need to know about real estate, free of charge and with no obligation.  We never try to capture you, and we will try to help with whatever real estate questions or concerns you might have.

Our goal is to be the best REALTORS® in the world.  We can't do that without your loyalty and referrals, and we don't get you and your family and friend's business for the rest of our lives without doing a great job for you.

A little bit about me, and why you can trust that both Mike and I have your best interests at heart.

I was born in Prescott, AZ, in 1960. My oldest son & I moved to the Verde Valley in 1977, and I've lived here ever since.

I am very aware of how vital my job performance is to you, the client. Buying or selling your home is one of the biggest things that we ever do in life - this property holds your hopes & dreams & your family's future.  It's important that we do a good job with it.

Real estate is not a hobby or a diversion - real estate is how we make our living. Real estate is how we pay the bills & tuition, real estate puts food on our table.

I take my job very seriously, and I'm very good at it. I believe that helping you to make your dreams come true is how I get paid. Please give me a call at 928.300.9031, or email me at carolanne@adobegr.com.

I have been selling real estate full time for over 24 years, and obtained my Real Estate Broker's license in 1997. I specialize in residential homes, lots, acreage, and horse properties.  I leave the commercial and rentals to Mike - I'm much too right-brain to be competent there.
I'm a Certified Feng Shui consultant, an e-PRO, an Accredited Buyer's Representative, an At Home With Diversity graduate and instructor, a Certified Negotiations Expert, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, an AAR Master of Real Estate, a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (and a partridge in a pear tree).  I completed the stringent requirements for my Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation in 2007.
What does this alphabet soup mean to you, our client? It means that I care enough about your best interests to keep improving my skills.
I take real estate and REALTOR® ethics so seriously that I was elected the REALTOR® of the Year in 2008 and President of the Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS® in 2010.  Wow!  That was a ride, President of SVVAR.
I am available to serve as an expert witness for legal cases, and am also on the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) Professional Standards Committee.  I'm an AAR trained mediator, an NAR trained At Home With Diversity instructor, and an AAR Certified Ethics Instructor. I serve on the AAR GRI advisory Board, and the AAR Risk Management and Professional Development Committee.  I am also one of our Association's Fair Housing and Zipforms instructors.

Why do I do all of this? Because it makes me a better REALTOR®, better able to to take care of your best interests.

About me: I have 2 sons, 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.  (Ask me about my grandchildren!). My oldest son, his wife & 2 boys moved home from Maine, where he graduated with his teaching degree. (Why Maine?  His wife is from there, and she wasn't ready to commit to Arizona. Yet.)  He is now the art teacher at Mingus High School, and he rocks!  (Literally - J rocks.  Besides being an astoundingly good teacher, he's the bass player and occasional lead singer for the band Adara Blake and the Keys of Z.  J is a Z.)
My youngest, home now from a monastery in China, (Yes, really.) is a paramedic and firefighter.  He is the the father of my  granddaughters.

I'm unbearably proud of all of my family, and will be glad when they become totally self-supporting.

I volunteer for Trauma Intervention Programs, both as someone who goes to the scene to be with the victims of tragedy and their loved ones, and as a dispatcher.  TIP is one of the few reasons that  I might not answer when you call - please leave a message.

I also serve on the City of Cottonwood's Historic Preservation Committee.  That should be fun someday.  Right now it's just mostly boring, but I have high hopes.

Mike and I got married and partnered our businesses in 2003. We make a wonderful team! I'm the creative, volatile one, and he's the detail-oriented clearer head. Balance, balance!
